Frequntly asked questions

Do I need to have prior experience in the catering sector to set up one of your restaurants?

Not at all. One of the main advantages of our system is that all the matters involving the most complex catering questions and that thus require prior experience in the sector, are dealt with and managed by us beforehand.
Therefore, all you need to do is to concern yourself with the rest of the company issues, which are very similar to those of any other business, and we will give you suitable training in such matters.

What makes your franchises different from all the other ones that are currently on the market?

We are the leaders in the ethnic restaurant sector in Spain, and this is one of the sectors with the greatest potential for development. We manage brands that have hardly any competition on the market (or none whatsoever) and we have the benefit of having a very loyal target group that has been forged throughout our TWELVE years of experience on the market, our presence being deeply rooted thanks to more than 350 establishments. Our franchise is considered of the top three best ones in the country, because we pass on to our franchisees one of the soundest, most solvent and bestanalysed systems on the market.

How long will it take me to earn back my investment?

The average period for earning back investments is two and a half (2.5) years.

Approximately how long does it take from the signing of the contract until the business opens its doors to the public for the first time?

This is a factor that largely depends on how long it takes to find the ideal premises, but the average is about 90 days.

What kind of training am I going to receive to open my business and how long will this training take?

The training aspect is one of the most important aspects of our relationship, so we invest heavily in training in order to guarantee ongoing improvement, with a view to having a network of establishments that is increasingly well-prepared and competitive.

We give two types of training:

1- The initial training is both theoretical and practical in nature and involves the most importants aspects of our work system; it lasts approximately twenty (20) days between the preopening stage and post-opening stage. The training is given to all the restaurant staff and, of course, to the franchisee. The syllabus and content of the training course depends on the post and functions of the student.
2- Ongoing training. This is of vital importance for the day-to-day running of the business and how the brand evolves. Our research and Development Department strives to create constant value for our franchisees, constantly developing and improving our concepts in order to anticipate the market requirements and to remain at the forefront of the ranking. Therefore, our franchisees require ongoing training about the novelties, and sales and management tools that we devise to achieve day-to-day improvement.
